MR. ISAAC OGBUNUKWE trained in the united state of American for ten years in real estates investments. He is a product of Rivers university of science and technology where he studied estate management before proceeding to the US in 1987 to acquire practical experience in real estate under the tutelage of a US based Nigeria estate developer. He returned from US in 1997 to set up a sole proprietorship in real estates. He is pacesetter of what is know today as a global real estate link limited. He ran the sole proprietorship to expansion that eventually led to its incorporation. The firm’s management and grow under the management of Mr. Isaac attracted the attention of ADVANCE TOUCH VENTURE,INC, a US company based in Lawrenceville Georgia which specifically expressed interest in investing in huge real estate project in eastern Nigeria but indicated that only corporate entities it would deal with. Mr. Isaac brought his managerial skill to bear by getting the company incorporated. Mr. Isaac is the managing Director of the company. He is happily married with three children

Architect NWAOGWUGWU CHIMEZIE DONNEL graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe university,Awka with a 2.1 B.sc in Architecture in 2004 and proceeded immediately in the same university and obtain a master’s in Architecture. His first appointment after graduation was with design matrix LLC where he worked as project Architect in port- Harcourt. He was then in charge of designing, a schedule he carried out efficiently until 2007 when he left for Global Real Estate Link Limited where he works as chief Architect.

Engineer Umezurike Martha
Engineer Umuezurike graduate from university of Ibadan in 1987 with a 2.2 in civil Engineering. Her first appointment was with scholiast builder Nig. Enterprises in 1990 where she worked as trainee Engineer for two years and acquired the basic experience in building construction. She became senior Engineer in 1995. She left for the US where she studied and obtained higher diploma in computer programming in 2000. He worked for five years and decided to returned home in 2006 to explore the opportunity the Nigeria market offers. She is one of the directors global real estate link limited. She Is an expert in modern building analysis. She is the chief interior and exterior designer and landscaping development. She is happily married with two children.

He is presently the Admin/ Accounts offer of the company. He is a product of Lagos state polytechnic where he obtained and HND in Accountancy. He handle the administration, accounts and finance matters of the company as well as the company’s personnel needs. He is happily married with two sons and a daughter. There are 4 (4) other professional staff and five (5) other supports staff in the company.
